8 already!

My daughter turns 8 tomorrow. 8 already! I can't believe it. She had a few friends over yesterday and we went to the local swimming pool for a bit of fun.She has a really lovely group of girlfriends. I hope they all stay together through primary school and be great friends right through high school and beyond. It is so amazing watching your children grow before your own eyes. She has such exciting times ahead of her - and some heartache & tears as well, I know! But at the moment she thinks being 8 is great! and so do i....
